How do i retrieve my stolen account?
Hey, a few days ago my account was stolen and i have been trying everything to get my account back... i am clueless. i have gone to PlayNC.com and e-mailed them my problem and so far they haven't done anything (they did give me a support ticket number but i have no idea what that is for and it doesn't say). I was wondering if anyone could reply with some directions on what to do to recover my account.

even if you can do the reset password to get back your account to logon, if there is anything missing, they won't replace it, just FYI.

pretty much they will take 2-3 days to even reply to your email prolly even more with the holidays. then they will say that they are going to transfer you someone who can futher help in your situation (account support). After all of that they will tell you to give them your CD keys in a digital picture to prove ownership, after that they will get your account registered to a plaync account and you can then change your password. your account at that point is gone if it as hacked. Ive dealt with it twice, its bullshit, its life, deal with it.
